FAQ

Once you have submitted your enquiry, a member of the events team will get back to you within 48 hours. They will share a thorough proposal and costs and then invite you to an onsite visit. Once you have expressed interest to confirm your booking, you will be asked to complete a short booking form which includes the museums booking terms and conditions. You will then be asked to pay a deposit to secure the event

You will be assigned an Event Manager as soon as you have confirmed your event. They will be your point of contact throughout the planning of your event, right through to the delivery on the day. When you first arrive at the museum you will be greeted by your Event Manager and supporting operations team. Throughout the event, the Event Manager, Duty Manager and supporting operations team will be available to assist.

Yes there is parking available outside the museum which is free for all guests

Branding within your event space is absolutely fine. All we ask is that nothing is stuck to walls in a way that can cause damage. Outside of your event space, branding is subject to approval of your Event Manager.

We have a limited range of event furniture, we an adequate amount for the capacities we offer. If you require anything bespoke, please speak with your Event Manager who will assist in sourcing this for you.
