COvid-19 affected bookings
If you had a booking prior to 17 May 2021, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Your booking reference & preferred new visit date and arrival time
Please note, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice before your preferred visit date.
Gift Tickets purchased prior to 2021 have automatically been extended and are now valid until the 31 December 2021 for visits bookable until 31 July 2022. You can book your visit online using your existing Gift Ticket codes here by using the 'Redeem Your Voucher' box.
Vouchers from third parties
If you have a gift voucher from a 3rd party provider, such as Virgin Experience Days, Buy A Gift or Tesco Clubcard, you can redeem your voucher by emailing our team at email@example.com.
Please include your voucher serial number and pin code along with your preferred visit date and arrival time.
Please note, Tesco Clubcard Vouchers are not valid on Gift Ticket purchases, the Simulator experience or Souvenir Guide books.
These aren't currently able to be redeemed online - sorry. We're working on it!
