Please note, tickets are non-refundable and a £5 administration fee applies for changing the date of your visit, subject to availability.

Vouchers from third parties

If you have a gift voucher from a 3rd party provider, such as Virgin Experience Days, Buy A Gift or Tesco Clubcard, you can redeem your voucher by emailing our team at

Please ensure that you include your voucher serial number and pin code along with your preferred visit date and arrival time and allow 48hrs prior to your preferred date for us to process your voucher. 

Please note, Tesco Clubcard Vouchers are not valid on Gift Ticket purchases, the Simulator Experience or Souvenir Guide books.
