To enable us to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include any relevant booking references, contact details and visit dates and times.

Please note, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 


COvid-19 affected bookings

If you had a booking prior to 17 May 2021, please email bookings@silverstonemuseum.co.uk and include:

- Your booking reference & preferred new visit date and arrival time

Please note, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice before your preferred visit date. 

Gift Tickets purchased prior to 2021 have automatically been extended and are now valid until the 31 December 2021 for visits bookable until 31 July 2022. You can book your visit online using your existing Gift Ticket codes here by using the 'Redeem Your Voucher' box.


Vouchers from third parties

If you have a gift voucher from a 3rd party provider, such as Virgin Experience Days or Buy A Gift, you can redeem your voucher by emailing our team at bookings@silverstonemuseum.co.uk.

Please include your voucher serial number and pin code along with your preferred visit date and arrival time.


Silverstone Circuit Bookings

If your booking or query is related to a Silverstone Circuit Driving Experience, Tour or Track Event, please contact Silverstone Circuit directly on enquiries@silverstone.co.uk as the Silverstone Interactive Museum is a separate company and will be unable to assist you.
