STEM Pitstop Outreach Programme
Bring the excitement of Formula 1 into your classroom!
Silverstone Museum’s STEM Pitstop education outreach programme delivers FREE, hands-on STEM workshops to schools nationwide – using real F1 and motorsport technology and artefacts to inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists.
Students will also be given the option to explore the key role that science plays in motorsports, thinking about concepts such as forces, material choices, and design. With students getting to handle objects used by real Formula 1 teams, these interactive sessions are designed to spark curiosity and enthusiasm for motorsports and STEM subjects.
