MotoGP 2026 FAQ's

Please speak to a member of the team before joining the queue who will arrange accessible entry for you.

If you hold a MotoGP entry ticket, Museum entry is complimentary on the day of your MotoGP ticket. 

Friday 7th August – 9am-6pm
Saturday 8th August – 9am-6pm
Sunday 9th August – 9am-6pm. The Museum will close for the duration of the Grand Prix and re-open after.

Please arrive at the Simulator Suite entrance at the rear of the Museum 10 minutes prior to your session. Please speak to a member of the team regarding your session before joining the queue for the Museum.

No refunds will be issued for missed slots. Reschedules may be made up to 48 hours prior to your session by logging into your account through our website. A rescheduling fee of £10 will be charged. 

Unfortunately not, should you wish to visit the Museum on Monday 10th August, you will need to purchase entry tickets.
