Tickets purchased outside this period do not qualify for the offer and refunds will not be issued.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for visit dates outside of the validity period. For visits outside of the validity period, a full price ticket is required.

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, group booking, school visit, event or pre-purchased voucher or admission ticket.

Annual Passes: 

Tickets using this offer are not eligible to be converted into an Annual Pass. Full admission price must be paid to be eligible for an Annual Pass.

The Mother’s Go Free Offer is valid for mothers, and those who identify as mothers, and is only valid on the 15th of March 2026 inclusive. Not Valid on any other day.

Tickets are available on the day of purchase from the Museum Ticket Desk only and this offer is not available to book in advance online. A full paying adult or Child ticket must be purchased for the accompanying Person, for the offer to apply this adult ticket can be booked in advance.

Additional tickets for accompanying guests, not part of this offer, are recommended to be purchased online in advance. Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
