Ticketing Manager
We’re Silverstone Museum, located trackside at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit, and right now we’re looking to find an organised, proactive and customer focused Ticketing Manager with experience in the conference and events sector.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to lead the end-to-end ticketing operation at Silverstone Museum. You’ll be responsible for managing ticketing systems, driving sales performance, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, system suppliers, and commercial partners, while leading and developing the Ticketing Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ticketing operations and customer transactions
- Manage and develop the ticketing system, including pricing, products, promotions, and capacity
- Monitor ticket sales and implement strategies to maximise revenue
- Produce sales and performance reports to support decision-making
- Liaise with system suppliers on upgrades and improvements
- Ensure compliance with data protection and operational standards
- Support customer service issue resolution
- Line manage the Ticketing & Retail Coordinator, Ticketing & Admissions Team Leader, and Ticketing Team

About You
- Proven ticketing or box office management experience
- Strong people management experience in a customer-facing or operational environment
- Experience working with IT teams on system support or development
- Knowledge of group bookings and commercial ticketing arrangements
- Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
