Our mission is to bring the extensive heritage of Silverstone and British motor racing to life through a dynamic, interactive, and educational visitor experience. We couldn’t do any of this without an enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-focused team - so we need you!

Our visitor welcome team are at the forefront of delivering a warm welcome to our guests and going above and beyond to make their experience with us an unforgettable one. We are looking to recruit passionate, energised and customer-focused individuals to join our wonderful team.

ABOUT YOU

Whether welcoming visitors, scanning tickets, supporting events, hosting our Scalextric and Simulator experiences or serving our fantastic retail range, you will be an ambassador for Silverstone Museum delivering our values and behaviours in everything that you do. You will be comfortable engaging visitors, adapting your approach to make each experience personalised and bringing the history of British motorsport to life for our guests.

Teamwork is key to our success and so we expect you to have excellent time keeping and be able to work in a diverse team and a fast-paced environment.

We are open 7 days a week offering lots of different opportunities to be involved in all areas of the museum including admissions, retail, events, Scalextric and simulator experiences.
