Scalextric and Top Trumps trail

The Silverstone Formula 1 Circuit has been recreated by Scalextric for a exhibit which enables visitors to enjoy epic battles with iconic cars around the two lane Grand Prix circuit. Each race tracks individual lap times, meaning you can race head-to-head or set a personal best! While admission is complimentary, we appreciate any donations towards our education workshops and outreach initiatives.

The average visit is expected to last 3 hours, although there is no time limit imposed.


For safety reasons and to ensure our visitors get the most out of their visit, we would recommend that one adult is responsible for no more than 6 children.


It's easy to find us, just follow signs to Silverstone Circuit.

Please then follow the yellow signs with a Blue Dot for access into our car park from Dadford Road.

Car parking is available free of charge in front of the building, in car park 49. If you are using satnav, our postcode is NN12 8TN


Yes, we have plenty of car parking and it is free for museum visitors. 


Silverstone Museum is suitable for all ages and children aged four and under can visit for free, although they will require a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 and over).


Yes, the Museum Shop will be available to access before and after you enter the Museum. If you arrive earlier than your allocated time slot, we are happy for you to browse the gifts and souvenirs in our shop.
