What is it?
The ultimate racing simulator experience. Drive your choice of open and closed wheel cars around Silverstone - the home of British motorsport. We have partnered with AXSIM - a global leader in motion simulators using the very latest and best technology.
How do I book?
The simulator has limited availability so we recommend buying your tickets in advance online. Simulator slots run every 30 minutes from 10am-12:30pm and 2pm-4:30pm. Please remember that all Simulator Experience visitors also need an admission ticket for the museum.
When can I drive?
Whenever the Silverstone Interactive Museum is open – plus we also offer group and party bookings by appointment.
how much is it?
£25 per person, which includes up to 20 minutes driving.
All visitors to the Simulator Experience must also pay for admission to the Silverstone Interactive Museum - unless they hold an annual pass.

Inside the Silverstone Interactive Museum – in our exclusive Drivers' Room.
Do I have to book in advance of my visit to The Silverstone Interactive Museum?
Yes we recommend booking in advance – but if we have space you can book on the day.
No, you must also purchase a separate ticket for the museum.
There is no minimum age but you must be at least 140cm tall. You may find it difficult to get into the simulator if you are over 195cm or over 100kg. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any queries.
Your driving time will be up to a maximum of 20 minutes - with the driver briefing, certificate presentation and lap time selfies taking the overall session time up to 30 minutes.
You can book at the same time as you purchase your Day Ticket – or if you have already booked a Day Ticket you can add a Simulator Experience by going to Buy Tickets, Day Tickets, Select Other Products and you can book a Simulator Experience only for your chosen date.

Yes, your party can watch you enjoy your session. They will require their own ticket to use the simulator as well as a separate ticket for the exhibition.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes (not open-toed).
Head to the ticket desk on arrival and our welcome team will check you in and you will be met by your race engineer.
Yes, subject to availability, additional charges apply.
Depending on your simulator timeslot, you can visit the museum before or after your simulator session.
Yes, you can take your own photos and videos with handheld camera and mobile devices for personal use. Please note, filming with the use of tripods and other specialist photographic equipment is not permitted.
No sorry, we are unable to change the date or time of your simulator session. All tickets are non-transferable - they are only valid for the time, day and event stated upon them
